Basing it on the assumption that as shinigami are embodiments of death only, they cannot embody life in any part. As such, shinigami would be exceptions from entropy since they embody the void at the end of the process, but not any part of the process itself, and thus remain unchanging. Not so much immortal as dead and nothing else.
But not even ZUN would buy that argument, so...

Googling for "kimono pattern", a couple of decent patterns come up on the first page, so finding a base kimono pattern isn't a problem. Some vest patterns come up as well, but most would need to be broadened under and in line with the arms. Also, before getting started on the vest, decide if you want to show cleavage as your default style or not.

For the underskirt (if you want it) you can use a permade pattern, but for the blue skirt patterns won't help. Just look at the pics from SWR and built it up piece by piece.

Trash against Komachi. She lacks a proper graze attack, and her bullets have very low priority, so against Komachi's wisps, there's absolutely nothing she can do, since she can never take away the momentum from Komachi. In SWR, momentum (arguably) tends to last only until somebody gets a knockdown, and then it pretty much goes back to neutral(because of huuuge techrolls and wakeup graze), unless you're Sakuya/Alice/Komachi. That in mind, Youmu pretty much grazes all day and ends up killing herself trying to get a hit in. This is assuming that Komachi doesn't go headlong trying beat Youmu at her own game.
