doing the lineart is the hell part for me, too much things to consider like the other anon said, volume, style, keeping it realistic/stylized , but painting is way easier, so i would recomend just sketch the shape/ form and do the details when painting. no need to figure it out every bang, twist, curl form to make the hair look passable at least.
