There used to be, but nearly every rainbow is equally broken with the latest wave of buffs. You want at least one dodge rainbow and preferably one barrier rainbow for the topmost content, however.

Current dodge rainbows: Kerria, Ionocidium, Higanbana, Pumpkin, Herbaceous Peony, Saffron, Royal Water Lily (June Bride), Serissa, Katakuri, Purslane, Freesia, Lantana (flower festival), Golden Lace, Azalea, Paphiopedilum
Current dodge rainbows (rarity growth): Delphinium (sports), Heartvine, Henna, Jumpseed, Lechenaultia
Current barrier rainbows: Apricot, Habranthus, Wolfberry, Tritonia, Cyclamen (RG), Kalmia (RG)

Debuff/HP regain teams are also useful in the current meta, thanks to the release of F2P Kerria analogues through rarity growth, but these are so rare (you get about 3 promotions per year) that you should use them on your favorites.
