I have read and before making that post, skimmed through Nagato's wiki page and there were no mentions of her being a fast battleship. However, I see that the definition of fast battleship is pretty vague.

So, she couldn't keep up with carrier groups. Full 1.5 knots slower than Kaga, who had to run full steam, and often fell behind even then (eg. Midway). And after her refit, even slower at 25 knots.

It seems unfair to call Nagato (in WWII scope) fast, when Yamato is full 2 knots faster.
