Closest I was able to get is around 50% of the boss HP with this.
First node is easy and dies quickly the two first teams die at the 2nd one which leaves the last team to tackle the boss alone. The hits pretty much oneshot my tanky chars and they only manage to survive because of barrier/guts then die when they run out of those. Couldn't figure out what decent team to put together for a 4th so the 4th team is non-existent.

Not sure if there's still room for improvement or this means I'm still too weak to be tackling these but i'm going with the 2nd here.
