Guys, am I dumb or can you tell whether one of your opponents can call on a tile or not in Tenhou.net? Afterall he gets 5 extra s for the choice and if he lets it pass, the time is still taken and you can see that your discard "freezes" for a while, even if it drops into the discards afterwards. I can imagine this being quite useful.
