Even the early draft of Pekora's design likely had her input. All the casuals and EOPs focus on her flat pettan, but that's just a decoy her roommate doesn't truly give a shit about.

Notice Pekora's narrow shoulders and thin her limbs. The one thing her roommate hated was being called fat. Her listeners teased her for having broad shoulders and meat flab, but I thought her figure seemed normal for someone with her lifestyle. Real Jap Nousagis still make fun of her figure and weight though.
