I don't know why you guys find Reimu being a yandere far-fetch due to her being autistic. If you guys played the games and read the official spinoff manga, she displays idiosyncratic thought patterns and assumes that other people think and act the way she does, she rigidly sticks to her routines and openly desires predictability in life, she's honest to a fault and is a terrible liar, and she's capable of losing her good mood at the slightest setback, with the results of her having meltdowns and/or shutting down. With this in mind, her being a yandere makes perfect sense since this would mean she wouldn't understand her own feelings and her attempt at romance will just crash and burn before Reimu has to use her Shrine Maiden "duties" to isolate the boy she loves and use schizophrenic means to make him love her.

I find it hilarious that the original abusemu story was decried for its lame harem ending, and now this twice-removed spin-off also ended up as a harem story except here it's a completely horrific and undesirable situation.

She's effectively a supreme authority within Gensokyo, with only the sages being above her, and they don't actually have any direct control over her. Virtually no-one would have the power to oppose her, and the few who do wouldn't give much of a shit. Yukari would probably just see you as a good way to make Reimu do what she wants, for instance.
Your only likely allies would be Marisa and Kasen, and maybe people like Mamizou, if she's in a good mood. At least, you'd need someone to help you escape Gensokyo, since staying there is not an option.
Of it really came down to it, a truly obsessive Reimu would likely just go all-out and destroy her "best friend", if necessary, as well as any other collaborators, and end up chasing you down in the Outside World herself. Yukari might even help her track you down, if only to get her back to work. It would probably be easier than trying to set up a new shrine maiden or convince Reimu to stop being deranged.
Really, any lad unlucky enough to find himself the unwilling recipient of Psycho Miko Reimu's affections is probably better off just accepting his role as the shrine's new priest. Just don't cozy up too much to any of the youkai that visit there.
