One sort of design flaw I've always disliked about this sort is that you can't go back and change old results. (Of course, this is impossible to some degree, due to the logic of sorting.)

I've often found myself quite unsure of certain matchups, but which become much clearer cases after a while or once I see the final results, at which point it is already too late to change it.

I know this is quite a big thing, since the system wasn't designed for such robust use. I've even pursued other software for accomplishing this task (even something that lets you manually drag and drop a list into order) but I haven't found anything suitable.
