Well, they've done a bunch of things together. Yamame would regularly help Kisume accomplish daily tasks such as cleaning herself, give her advice on how to go about presenting herself to the boys, or just trying to create a healthy environment for Kisume to grow from a sort of deranged girl who likes weird pranks like tossing bones at a bunch of kids playing around to scare them, to a fun loving girl.
You could try following the footsteps of Yamame, maybe more if you're interested, but you'll have to teach her a lot. If she isn't with Yamame, which is rare enough as is, she's probably on our own, indulging in whatever horrific pastime she found, which in the dark blowhole leading to the Underground isn't easy to find, nor particularly healthy to the mind.
