I have a feeling that something is going on behind the scenes between C&D companies and "coordinator" crowd like Moogy, Zalas and Ixrec that we're left in the dark about. Like an email correspondence or something.
I'm sure the "one guy telemerketing everyone" info didn't materialize from thin air, but could only come from inside, and that Japanese companies are also annoyed by this guy harassing them.
If that is true, then we might even profit from this entire mess. It will raise awareness that there are fans outside Japan who are interested in VNs, and a proper communication might remove the "dirty gaijin pirates that don't pay for anything" stigma. Also, only collateral damage so far were the projects that were already dead in the water, so nothing of value was lost.
Imho we might see some interesting development once the dust settles.

There are a whole bunch of Luvia related doujins out there actually, but the only translated one is Noblesse Oblige. Among pornographic ones that is, with non-porn there's One Day 14 etc.

It's obviously not anywhere near the sort of fan exposure as the "real" characters, but there is a bunch. If you want there to be more, find some and commission a translation.
