Deadly weapons (read: guns) are much less accessible in Asian countries. Hell, the chinks are restricting the type of knives you can buy after those stabbing rampages. On average asians seem to be much more docile after being raised on the collectivist/conformist Confucian Kool-Aid (Confucius himself was a fucking pussy). Ragin' Asians are rare compared to Western counterparts fed Hollywood action, rugged don't-tread-on me individualism and gun-worship growing up.
