The cervix doesn't actually move much deeper into the vagina to create depth, rather it moves slightly to the side when a girl's aroused. The cervix gets touched almost every time you have sex, but it barely has nerve endings so it doesn't actually hurt (the pain women feel from "having their cervix hit" is actually the pressure it puts on the womb.)
The walls expand past the cervix, so really if you had a massive dick and reached the end it would just be a bit of vaginal wall. Of course, if the girl isn't aroused then the cervix is at the end of the vagina which isn't deep at all, usually only a couple of inches in. If you stick your dick in then it's going to hurt unless it's a micropenis.
Girls can feel the cervix with their fingers when unaroused, though I've heard some women's cervix is always too far in.
