/jp/ - Otaku Culture

The last time I drew something was when I was 8 year old.
But today, 13 years later, I will draw a touhou just for you, /jp/.
I swear that I will do my best, I will fully dedicate myself to this drawing.
I will draw the first touhou I see in this thread, choose carefully.

Other talented artists (such as myself) can join me and draw touhoues.

Every time I meet a guy who's also an otaku, its always so strange, because we both end up being socially awkward which makes conversation hard. But I've meet guys that I've had amazingly long conversations with about things I couldn't talk to about with anyone else. Doing so every once and a while feels great. Of course that only happens at conventions. Never leave the house~

I would love to meet someone who's easy to talk to who shares the same interest in me, because I don't think I could even be in a relationship with someone if they didn't share the same interest as me.
But whenever people find out, they normally call me out for looking at and playing things apparently only guys should which isn't acceptable for a lot of people. So I just end up hiding my interest from a great deal of people, and I figure out just how boring I am without it. Social norms will be the death of me ;A;

i believe you're mistaking that warmth for the glow of your monitor
