Back in 2009, we managed to do this without making it such an unpleasant experience for everyone. But in 2010, everything turned to shit, and you couldn't find a trace of the old charm of it anymore. What happened between these two years? There must have been some kind of invasion of shitposters between the February of 2009 and the February of 2010 to cause such a difference in the quality of these threads, but what exactly caused it?

I can live without this tradition, it doesn't bother me that much to just hide these threads and forget about it. But they remind me of my overall feelings towards /jp/. Over the past 2 years, it feels like I've lost an important friend.
