Just go with Kokoroiyashi as your epilogue or something since that's official from R07 but completely incompatible with Gou/Sotsu.

Well, now it's at least basically confirmed manga Satoko's plan involves Shion too somehow. I really think the best scenario would be Satoko manipulating Shion to start her rampage and that somehow triggering Mion.

The tagline also seems like it could fit that.

But that seems odd since the ending of the arc has to be carried by Mion at least. Shion can't really take over.

Maybe Satoko gives Shion some real info about the 3 families she isn't supposed to have mixed with lies about a conspiracy and when Mion gets her she learns about that, but without knowing it was Satoko, interprets it as there being a conspiracy that was kept hidden away from her, but Shion was part of it. Then they could tie that into the identity switch as justification.
