You might be thinking of the older Ludojo shows from 2016-2018 or so, when they were playing to smaller theaters. Yakusoku no Yukue (vol. 4) and Shinjitsu no Yaiba (vol. 5) already looked slicker, the rerun from 2021-2022 (and Shinjitsu no Yaiba's rerun next year) has a marked increase in overall production quality, and the visual impact is stronger. The plotlines for the Hitotsuyanagi-tai trilogy are also linked to those for the other schools, and watching them all ties it up better. There's also the Irma stage play announced for next year with Rimi playing Himari again (and some familiar faces like Yashin Airi who covered for Tsumu in Lost Memories), so now is as good a time to get caught up before the shows next year.

I hope I don't mess up the crossboard linking; you can find links to all the stage productions at >>/u/3786036. The Ludojo/Odaiba talkshows from last/this week are being streamed too, they're lots of fun.
