I guess it also depends on what you define as kuu. I know people who classify Mitsuru form Persona3 and Mitsuzu from 11eyes as Kuudere, but I couldn't believe they want to be teased about anything.

Also, the only thing I gathered from her dialog is that Moku is really pissed at Kaguya (and doesn't really give a shit about anyone else), but can't do anything about it. She doesn't want to be 'teased' by her (or anyone else)...

But, a lot of the modern Kuuderes that I can think of would fit the 'teasing' definition, so maybe that's the direction kuu is going.
