We see Mion with L5 eyes in the trailer it wasn't K1 hallucinating. Mion was also way more unhinged in the manga and tried to stop K1 from seeing Rika. Mion going L5 for the first time would be a big deal and be a big tip off to Rika that Satoko is looping which is why the writers didn't let her gain her ability to remember it till the third arc.
