Has nothing to do with lists. EMS is just very likely to get taxed in certain countries in EU. France or UK will see EMS taxed 100% of the time if the declared value is over a certain threshold. It's just an automated process now.

The only way to bypass that is to declare a lower value. I shipped a DD3 Body + bunch of accessories + DD custom head to a friend, declared 5K yens + marked package as Gfit, no tax, even if the package was huge as fuck and weight over 3kg.

Post the logs or link to auction (no one care if it's over, we're not going to steal your item). It's not supposed to happen like you describe. You most likely weren't leading bid at 13:58 even if you thought you were.
