How? I love Moe but she could have just being good at acting. I doubt a studio would sign someone, as promising as they are, in a multi-year contract. Likely yearly contract with a chance of renewal. Hell, we saw a lot of S1 debuts that last less than a year. Moe or her agency can just refuse to extend the contract.
Moe is actually a bad example. She's very conscious of her image, and serious with her non-AV activities. Staying at big studio filming only once a month and have free time for other job is beneficial for her situation. Yeah, she can act really slutty in her AV but you know, that's just being professional.
