bilibili is a video streaming site like any other. You can do all of your regular content there with no problems and you will only get into trouble if you ask for it.
There's no way you would get warned by the staff on the site for something like this.

Reminder that the chinese constantly try to view banned content on bilibili.
They ask for this stuff and then complain when they get denied access by their overlords. I don't understand what they even want.

Reminder that Marine got a warning on bilibili for doing this. The chinese fans clearly wanted her to do it but the platform is against it.
The chinese are the only ones responsible for the situation being as shit as it is.
