I mean apart from the obvious Christmas/Easter answer I'll go with Labour Day on 1 May. There's also 1st of March which is pretty rooted in folklore, but it's also quite a chore. Imagine White Day except you haven't received anything from any girl beforehand and you have to give them trinkets ornated with red-white strings, commonly used as brooches.
