Ozmafia's trial was kind of shit. I was expecting something like Black Wolves Saga but instead it was a rather mellow affair overall. I'm trying not to be overly critical considering it's the company's first game and from what I've seen the writer didn't work on anything before, but the final scene where Fuka went off to help Axel and everyone else tagged along wasn't very well written. What should have been a tense scene was really, a chore to read through. Granted I thought Axel himself was a terribly boring character (only read the segments with Scarlet and Pashet anyway), so maybe that played a part in me not caring much. Doubt the pace will change much when the full version is released either.

It's a sorry state of affairs when most of the supporting characters are more interesting than the heroes.

His and Gabby's routes were great. Neil's wasn't half bad either, but I don't really understand why he's the favourite. The artist loves him, and they even went with his route in the manga. Strange.
