That's the entire point of her character. She's been called a saint by some and a demon by others, but she really isn't either. She's not a saint because, originally, her "selfless" deeds were being done in a deceitful way for selfish ends. At the same time, she's not a demon because, even though she made a pact with demons in exchange for power and eternal youth, she eventually came around and genuinely began to champion the good causes to which she had previously only paid lip service.

She's not a good nun or even a really good person, but at least she's trying now.
