Okuu is the only one for me. She is so sweet and lovable that for better or for worse I'd want to make a family with her regardless. I can't ever imagine me loving another Touhou more than her. Some people may argue that she is a little crazy or evil or whatever but she seems way more level headed after Reimu resolved their fight in SA. I think her working all day long maintaining and protecting that reactor practically on her own is enough proof for me of her good qualities such as dedication and commitment.
