PGQ is Princess Guard Quest, a quest on /tg/. It's pretty much like a waifu wars VN, but in a pretty cool setting.
Elena is a young princess with a fascination for swordsmen (which her father doesn't approve of) who pretty much acts like what you just described.
Retarded fans also fucked it up a lot and ruined it for a lot of people, but that what retarded fans do in every fandom I guess. It was bound to happen considering what kind of quest it was in the first place.
