Albums start getting uploaded to share each night (in Japan) of Comike. Most of the popular albums get uploaded within like 1 to 2 weeks to Share, and it's upto the anons of /jp/, /bun/, other forums, etc to upload them to mediafire or other DDL sites. You'll probably find big name circles like Alstroemeria Records and IOSYS within few days after the end of Comike on Mediafire.
Personally, I've uploaded some of my albums that I bought at Comike to Mediafire from a net cafe on the night of, but that doesn't usually happen.
