Do you even know why this music is called 'denpa' ? That very belief is why this thread exists in the first place, people have written books about denpa and the belief of radio waves causing insanity in Japan.

Read the book in the image if you want to know it for yourself, I remember this was being discussed on the radio for a while when it was published during a period when the term 'denpakei' became slightly more commonplace.

Yes you do. Denpa is not defined by individual musical components, it's a reflection of a social phenomena and if you're not part of that then you can't make denpa, you can only attempt to recreate it
