Count the number of girls that have that letter at the beginning of their name and roll an appropriately numbered die for the girl.

If no girls have a name starting with the letter you roll, just reroll it.

When you have your girls, give each one a code name like "The bottom bitch" or "The psychopath" then give your harem a fitting name.
