I honestly don't think all 5 of them have any intention to bail no matter how bad things are. All of them are just girls who tried to chase their dreams but got fucked by VA unions, circlejerks, streamer clique nepotism, and all out lonely people. I would say going direct to the source, addressing the fanbase internally would be best. Gura should just berate them in members stream. The damage can be minimized when they went too far, and keep all the chumbuddies in line. Towa did this all the time in member zatsudans by scolding kenzoku of what they did wrong recently like chat etiquette (its like a post-mortem meetings), and it worked wonderfully even for her gaijins.
