They are human beings too. It depends on how you encounter them. If you walk up and start sperging out they are most likely not gonna appreciate it. Underground/gravure/what-have-you idols are not untouchable like Sakamichi idols, they are just normal girls. A lot of them hang around nerdy districts so you could encounter them by chance.
