Who is the hardest final boss?
I think I'd have to go with Remilia. Although some of her attacks are a joke (knife non-spell should only kill you once) Scarlet Meister and Scarlet Gensokyo are just brutal.

Reisen's Invisible Full Moon on pretty much every difficulty. Stupid fucking disappearing bullets. I hate this card more for the disappearing bullets than any sort of difficulty

Kaguya's Seamless Ceiling of Kinkaku-ji (9-6 in StB) just for the amount of time I wasted on this annoying spell.

Hina Kagayama just because she shifts the stage back and forth and causes me to loose track of myself occationally.

Remilia's Scarlet Gensokyo used to top my list. Now its just fun trying to survive it.
