Portal has a character called Rat Man whose rantings are scribbled all around the Aperture Science facility. This character is explicitly shown to be schizophrenic in the Portal: Lab Rat comic, where he is also seen taking medications for his illness.

You may shrug this off as a coincidence, yet right after playing Portal she went onto to play Portal 2.

And yet she choose to play Portal 2 instead of the winning option, Minecraft, as if to drive the point home and reiterate she's aware of this place. You may even ignore this and say she was just on a Portal 2 mood but it is a coincidence that hlgg was seething about Minecraft and wanted Portal 2 instead. (Maybe she knew we were onto the Rat Man character as a representation of this thread?)

Later on we learn about the personality spheres who were attached onto GLaDOS. She talks about Wheatley, amongst many others, being the "voices" in her head, like a tumor. From all this, schizophrenia is a major theme in the Portal series.

Now we're all familiar from the ending song of the game, "Want You Gone". We don't need to go into details about what it's about. What is interesting to note is Amelia singing it not once, but twice, but THREE times. There is intention behind this, as if to make another point.

In other words, AMELIA WANTS NOTHING WITH YOU CRAZIES.
