Is it a "happy" end? Not necessarily. But for all of the story leading up to it, the resolution doesn't pull punches or "and suddenly it works out that everyone's happy" tricks. It just feels so right for the given situation...

Hisui true was the best end. Think about it, no bitch that WILL eventually turn into a monster and kill all of you, no jealous cock blocking sisters, he's now a rich mother fucker that can do with said fortune as he pleases, and most importantly a devoted loving partner that truly loves him which shows in how she is the only one not trying to turn him into their "ideal" man and/or using him for personal means.

Hisui true is the happiest, most down to earth, and best ending Nasu ever wrote. After going through it every other end feels half-ass. Others may say differently, they either speak biased thoughts because it wasn't happy for their specific character, are just trolls, or are both biased and trolls.
