I imagine in an EMG homestay situation, extra facilities would be installed for use by her and you. A massive walk-in shower with two faucets and showerheads, at human height and giantess height, with a larger system for her. That sort of thing.
The water bill would be pretty high though. Especially considering running a bath for her would be like filling a small swimming pool.
