I mean, one could simply go against any army, slaughter it and when the news report "Strange being destroying humanity just tanked a fuking nuke to the face and it didn't even singed it's hair" the entire world would collectively shit it's pants.

Unless you can make your normal weapon from "Utterly useless" to "Work against them just as well as it does against a normal human" by simply sprinkling your AK-47 with holy water.
