In the end, 33114 votes were cast, and the winner by more than the second and third place members combined was Nocchi (Omoto Ayano) with 15075 votes, or 44.5%. Second place was Kashiyuka (Kashino Yuka) with 6640 votes, or 20.1%, and third place was A-chan (Nishiwaki Ayaka) with 6049 votes, or 18.3%. There were 5350 loyal fans who simply couldn't or didn't want to choose a favorite, which accounted for the remaining 16.2%.
That poll is 4 years old but it's still probably accurate.

I remember reading in like 2011 that their fanbase was now 60% male 40% female and they were getting more male fans than female. Anybody have a source on that?
