I have no problem with the fundamental concept and Meguri works pretty well.

The hardest part to sell is how she went insane from looping. Especially so because there isn't much time cover her looping in the first place. The anime didn't even try and even the otherwise very well executed manga falls short of giving it the necessary backing and impact.
