>you steady yourself and let her draw closer to confirm her intentions
>half a minute and a full magazine later, you watch the body finally go limp
>stand-your-ground law, lady
>now that you think of it, she probably didn't know what a law is
>thank Chief God someone else around did
>as the final reverberating echoes of gunshots cease, you continue with your now well-deserved stroll
