no flower shop near rail stns, and yr country flowers may not be allowed at the airport.

Also here is just a temporary booth for flower offering, not funeral place.
therefore, they do not accept bringing other offerings such as money(香典),
and no need to wear mourning clothes(black, 喪服。黒い服).
