Of course, if you don't want to, you wouldn't even need to actually say anything. Just breathe, blow, kiss, suck and lick. A wolfgirl wouldn't be too hard to read for reactions. Just see how you make her ears flick, her tail wag, and react in general.
If you do want to say things though, maybe make up a loose script beforehand. Talk about how perfect she is, focusing on every part of her body, starting at her toes and moving all the way up to the tips of her ears. Intersperse it with actions like blowing and breathing, and ask her if it feels nice. Hell, maybe you could even roleplay with her.
