I still stand by my opinion that ID/EN won't get 3D anytime soon because both countries don't have a big enough or developed enough vtuber scenes to justify that kind of investment. China was the only country that's tried to catch up with Japan with their vtuber scene so giving CN 3D made sense from a business perspective since they would've been able to use it to actually participate in the bigger events and shit that Chinese vtuber groups put on, but as far as I know ID doesn't have that kind of stuff and EN vtubers definitely don't.
