I don't think I'm seeing any actual gear up there aside from one set of armor and one weapon, both for your sidekick. Seems to be stuff to make the game easier, which you already get occasionally through quests. Also some cute clothes, which is understandable because clothes are entirely cosmetic in this game. It seems like 1 GASH is equal to 1 JPY.

I'd be willing to work for a few hours doing some inane online job for a few bucks to buy myself cute clothes.
