Tangentially related, but has anyone ever ordered any copies of Dengeki Hime and the like that came with Bonus figures from Amiami before?
If so, how much did the shipping come out to?

I normally order from HLJ for single magazines with bonuses due to the cheapness of their Fed Ex shipping, but they haven't yet listed the magazine I want to buy, and I'm not sure if I should just go ahead and place the order elsewhere.
