You know what, I think I will check out World Link. Looked up some stuff on it and it does look like a pretty cool game. The current version has updated music that sounds purely Touhou as well.

Also, is there anything else I should expect besides the possibly hard alternate, made-up region? I really just wanna take it easy this time.

What's the best and/or latest version of Touhoumon?

I have World Link but not sure if want because it doesn't look like it has all the characters, according to the list that came with it anyway. I have the FireRed/Leafgreen hacks as well, but obviously it's an older game.
