yes you can and will regain sensitivity in your chinpo over time. you don't even need to have particularly severe deathgrip to have a slightly desensitised chinpo; the human hand is extremely different from a soft manko even if you weren't strangling it. being circumcised may also have an effect
you can either just take your time to adjust or force reset. choice is yours. i recommend the latter but it's difficult
