I could barely understand what happened, but Komiharu made Mizuki cry bitterly during Mion's seitansai.

Superficially, she resented Komi's relation with Mion (each one's respective "number one") and being left out but before going through details she repressed it all and never said what was it really about ("Iapari, daijobu desu..."), just declaring she was grateful enough that they all could have fun together while staring at Komi the entire time before ending MC and going out. Part of the answer could be in the short letter they both wrote to Mion and which was read at the end, but not likely (I can't understand that much). Any deeper insight on this will be highly appreciated.
