I have though. To be fair when it comes to fighting games I haven't played against top-level players, but I have played against people who futsuu ni make it out of pools (speaking as someone who is trash at fighting games, so yes that is a huge skill gap)
In FPS I've spent hours playing against top players both in pugs and 1v1 games so I know what I'm talking about lol
