After the first few months I realized I had no horse in that race, but she already had inspired me I was already learning programming and I no longer looked like shit everyday, plus I was already very invested on her apex streams, yeah I started watching her after the whole festivaluna thing but still those apex streams with Pakael and Kotone were pretty comfy and even if not much people enjoyed those streams it's been cool to se her development as a player and I've always been grateful to Pakael/Kotone and on late 2020 to Wat because half of that year was pretty rough on her. For me Matsuri is the ideal woman, yeah she may be a little "menhera" but her mannerisms, her personality, her voice, and anons meme a lot about her relationships but she has a few good friends and she cares about them a lot, if someone asked me when did I fell in love with her I'd say it was on September 2020, she was reading super chats after an utawaku so I was just waiting to hear "anon-san arigato" because i was broke as fuck, I sent her a green super chat and I've noticed she even sometimes did not read out loud the red super chats so my expectations were not very high. I hear my name and she actually read the damn thing in broken english the super chat was "your voice is so soothing Matsuri-san, your singing streams always brightens my day" and she replied "sankyuuu super chat, i love you", I was already invested on her but goddamn I have to admit that hooked me, now a little more than a year later I managed to get a job and for the first time I was able to get gifts for my parents and my sister, they cheered for me because I was able to get out of neetdom alone in their eyes, I don't know what do they think about it or more precisely what happened to me but I'm not planning on telling them "I fell in love with a japanese girl pretending to be an anime girl on the internet", yeah when THAT stream happened it felt like a punch in the stomach, when it happened I was literally suffocating, but well, we are quite literally separated by an ocean, I work as a code monke and she's a fairly wealthy and famous girl so I finally came to terms with it even if I kind of knew it since late 2020, it was never going to happen, but still I vowed, to try to keep getting better, so even if I can never be with Matsuri I'll be at least worthy of someone like her, but for now I'll keep watching this girl I adore and her success and endeavors.
